No. The Kalyans products are available only to members.

They are not artificial limited editions. Batches are limited because procurement is strict. When a batch is gone, there may be a pause until the next batch is ready.

We wait for the next proper batch. The Kalyans does not stretch sourcing standards to fill demand.

No. We do not offer custom products. A product is released only when it meets The Kalyans standard.

New product and batch updates are shared through The Kalyans social media and selected marketing communications.

Members can place orders directly on The Kalyans website.

The Kalyans currently delivers within India only. International delivery is not available at this stage.

We accept online prepaid payments only. Cash payments and cash on delivery are not available.

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
