A visitor may sign up and become a customer. You are responsible for ensuring that your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, and other account details are accurate and current.
Some actions, including checkout, may require a complete profile, verified mobile number, and serviceable delivery PIN code. We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or close access where information is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with our operational requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account or other sign-in method and for all activity carried out through your account.
Products, variants, sizes, batches, packaging, images, descriptions, best-before dates, prices, taxes, stock status, and availability may change at any time. Product images are for representation and may vary slightly from the actual product, batch, label, jar, packaging, or lighting.
All products are subject to stock and serviceability. Adding an item to cart does not reserve stock. An order is accepted only after the website and server checks are completed and payment is successfully confirmed.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated. Prices may include or exclude taxes, shipping, discounts, or other charges as shown during checkout.
Offers, discounts, coupon codes, launch pricing, bundles, restock benefits, loyalty benefits, limited-time pricing, and promotional communications may be changed, paused, withdrawn, refused, corrected, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined and may be subject to additional terms, customer eligibility, stock, serviceability, order limits, or usage limits.
If there is a pricing, stock, coupon, tax, display, or technical error, we may correct it and may refuse, cancel, or refund the affected order where permitted by law.
Before payment, the website may show an order review containing products, variants, quantities, total price, and delivery address. You are responsible for checking these details before paying.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Payment must be completed successfully before an order is treated as confirmed. We are not responsible for downtime, delays, payment failures, bank-side issues, card-network issues, wallet issues, UPI issues, or other failures caused by third-party payment infrastructure.
We may refuse, limit, cancel, or refund an order for reasons including stock issues, serviceability issues, payment mismatch, suspected misuse, duplicate order behavior, incorrect details, operational constraints, or legal requirements.
The Kalyans currently supports home delivery where serviceable. Delivery serviceability may be checked using your PIN code and may change depending on logistics coverage, weather, carrier capacity, regulations, or operational constraints.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to logistics, stock readiness, address issues, failed contact attempts, force majeure events, or third-party service interruptions.
Order cancellation, return, exchange, and refund matters are governed by our Refunds policy wherever applicable. Food products may not be eligible for return or exchange once shipped, delivered, opened, damaged after delivery, or otherwise restricted by hygiene and safety requirements.
To operate the website and provide services, we may process account data, authentication identifiers, name, email address, mobile number, phone verification status, delivery addresses, PIN codes, cart data, order details, payment status, invoice details, product review data, restock alert requests, support messages, communication preferences, analytics events, marketing attribution events, device/browser data, logs, and fraud-prevention or security signals.
We use this data to create and maintain accounts, verify mobile numbers, check serviceability, price orders, process payments, manage carts, place and fulfil orders, generate invoices, send service messages, provide support, request or display reviews, send restock notifications, improve the website, measure marketing performance, prevent misuse, comply with law, and protect our business and customers.
We may share limited data with service providers that help us run the website, including hosting, database, authentication, payment, logistics, email, WhatsApp, analytics, marketing, invoice, storage, and support providers. If you ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, we may close and delete the account and retain only limited records where required for tax, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or operational purposes. We may also retain a non-readable salted hash of an account identifier, Google-linked identifier, email address, or phone number to prevent repeated misuse or blocked re-registration.
By creating an account, verifying your mobile number, requesting restock alerts, contacting support, or placing an order, you agree that we may send essential service communications related to account access, OTP verification, profile completion, cart, order review, payment, order status, delivery, invoices, support, safety, and policy updates.
Marketing communications are controlled by the preferences you choose on the website where available and may be changed from your account page or through the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism provided in the communication.
If you submit reviews, messages, feedback, images, or other content, you confirm that the content is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others. We may moderate, refuse, remove, edit, or not display submitted content where it is abusive, irrelevant, misleading, unlawful, promotional, or inconsistent with our standards.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, submit false information, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use the platform for unlawful or abusive activity.
All website content, including branding, text, images, design, graphics, product presentation, and software elements, belongs to The Kalyans or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We are not responsible for the independent policies, practices, downtime, delays, errors, or outages of those third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Kalyans shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, products, or related services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Kalyans, its owners, affiliates, personnel, and service providers against claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
