All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

We currently use Delhivery or another reliable courier partner depending on pincode serviceability. If a pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you before fulfilment and help with the next available option or refund where required.
If you choose in-store pickup, your order will be ready within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp update when your order is ready.
All products are packed with care to preserve the integrity of raw goods. We use minimal, sustainable packaging.
