Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
We use your information to create and manage your account, review applications, process orders, arrange shipping or pickup, provide invoices, send transactional emails, send essential WhatsApp account and order updates, respond to customer support requests, improve our store operations, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We store your communication preferences in our database, including whether you have chosen to receive marketing emails or WhatsApp marketing messages. Essential service communications, such as account, application, OTP, order, pickup, delivery, invoice, and support messages, may still be sent where required to provide the service.
You can update marketing preferences from your account page. You may also reply STOP on WhatsApp to unsubscribe from WhatsApp marketing messages. Preference changes are recorded for audit and suppression purposes.
If you choose to sign in using Google, we use the information provided by Google only for authentication, account creation, account access, and order-related services on The Kalyans. We do not sell Google account data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising purposes.
