The Kalyans is a member-only website. You cannot simply add products to cart as a new visitor and check out. First, you apply. Then our team reviews your request. If approved, you become a member and can start shopping.

The process is simple, but each step matters because we want the website to stay limited, serious, and useful for people who fit the community.

How do I apply?

Start by signing up on The Kalyans website. Use the email ID you want to keep as your main registered email. This email becomes the account our team checks and approves.

After sign-up, go to Instagram and message @thekalyansofficial with the same registered email ID. This helps us connect your website application with your Instagram profile.

Why do I need to share my email on Instagram?

The Instagram message helps our team review the right account. We look at whether your lifestyle and profile fit the member category we are building. This is not an instant approval system. It is a reviewed access system.

If your application fits, we approve your account and send you an approval email. If you do not receive approval yet, your account will not be able to shop.

When can I start shopping?

You can start shopping after you receive the approval email. Sign in with the same registered email ID, open the shop, choose the products available to you, and place your order.

Please use the same account through the full process. A different email ID may not show the approved member access.

How do invite links work?

After your product is delivered, you can open your profile section and share invite links with people you genuinely want to refer. Each member can refer up to 5 people.

This keeps access controlled and community-led. Invite links are meant for people who may actually understand and use The Kalyans, not for public forwarding.

When can I review a product?

You can review a product 7 days after delivery. We wait because a useful review should come after you have opened, used, tasted, stored, or cooked with the product properly.

A simple review is enough. Tell us what you ordered, how you used it, and whether it felt worth repeating.
