Greek yogurt and high protein dairy snack guide
Dairy snacks are strongest when protein and simplicity stay together.

Greek yogurt, strained curd, protein yogurt cups, and high-protein dairy snacks are growing because they feel familiar, convenient, and more meal-like than many packaged snacks. They can work well when the label stays simple.

The risk is sweetness. Many dairy snacks look healthy because they contain protein, cultures, fruit, or probiotics, but the sugar and flavouring can quietly turn them into dessert.

Check protein per cup

Greek yogurt and strained curd usually contain more protein than regular curd because some water is removed. Check the serving size and protein per cup rather than assuming all thick yogurt is high protein.

Fruit should not mean fruit flavour

A fruit yogurt may contain real fruit, fruit preparation, juice concentrate, flavouring, or all of these. Read the ingredient list. The cleaner version usually needs less explanation.

Plain can be the better base

Plain high-protein yogurt lets you add your own fruit, nuts, seeds, raw honey, or spices. This gives more control over sweetness and texture.
